我国医学生的核心价值观塑造是社会主义核心价值观大众化的重要组成部分,中医文化核心价值观、社会主义核心价值观、班杜拉的社会学习理论是其理论支撑,隐性教育与显性教育的结合、常规课程教育与即时活动教育相结合、自我激励与榜样激励相结合是其基本路径,塑造我国医学生核心价值观的具体方略是:通过新生教育激发“期待学习”的心理动机,开启塑造医学生核心价值观的行为过程;通过思想政治教育课筛选和确定观察榜样、引导医学生进入注意过程;通过专业课程中的渗透教育与校园文化建设保持注意过程;通过社团活动与毕业实习强化动机、实现榜样动作的再现过程。

The Core values of medical students’ concept construction is an important part of the social-ist core values of popularization .All of the core of traditional Chinese medical culture and values ,the core values of socialism ,Bandurra’s social learning theory is its theoretical support ,the combination of implicit and explicit education ,the conventional education courses and real-time activity education combined ,self motivated and example incentive combination is the basic path .The specific strategy which to build of the core values of our country’s medical students are these as below :the motivation of expecting the mentality studying should be aroused ,and the behavior process construction of the medical students’ core values should be opened while the freshman is educated .Through community activities and graduation practice to strengthen motivation , then achieve the reproduction process model .
