基于航海类高职院校教师队伍建设特点及困境，从加强航海类专业建设与发展出发，运用发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的思路与方法，从形势分析、高职学校现实、“双师型”师资队伍的培养对策等方面进行探讨，剖析新办高职院校的基本特点，为航海类专业教师队伍建设提供借鉴。

Based on the characteristics and difficulties of teacher team construction for navigation class in higher vocational colleges , the ways to strengthen the navigation class specialized construction and the development were discussed .From the situa-tion analysis , higher vocational school reality , the double type teachers training countermeasures , some trials were carried out . The characteristics in the new vocational colleges were analyzed , which can provide certain reference to the specialized teacher team construction of navigation .
