随着新媒体时代的到来，各种网络传播技术对大学生的思维、生活等方面产生各种影响。同时也给一线辅导员带来诸多新课题，新挑战。本文通过对大学生利用新媒体途径传播和关注公共求爱事件的处理分析，探索和思考大学辅导员在新媒体时代下开展大学生思想政治教育工作和应急突发事件处理中的新途径，新经验，提出有针对性和可操作性的建议，进而提高工作的实效性，达到更好的育人效果。

With the development of new media, a variety of network communication technologies have an effect on college students' thoughts and life . Meanwhile , the counselors have faced up many challenges and topics to solve. Based on college students' concern on open courting by using new media , this paper puts forward some new methods to conduct ideological and political work , as well as deal with urgent affairs in new media era. These methods can improve the effectiveness of work , and achieve the result of education .
