燃油测量是保证飞机燃油系统正常、准确运行的一个关键环节,燃油测量系统的测量精度、可靠性和维护性对飞机的整体性能有着重要的影响。随着微电子技术发展,燃油测量系统数字化趋势明显,使其在故障分析和测试及故障隔离重构等技术上有了发展的空间。设计了基于机载数字控制器的燃油测量系统,经过实践验证,该测量系统具有工作可靠、测试准确等优点。

Fuel measurement is an important step to ensure the fuel system of airplane to run formally and precisely. Its measurement precision,reliability and maintainability have great influence on the performance of the whole airplane. The digital tendency of the fuel quantity measurement system is more and more obvious with the development of microelectronic technique. Therefore,there is a room to develop it in the technologies of fault analysis,testing and fault isolation and so on. A fuel mea-surement system based on airborne digital controller was designed. It is proved by many tests that the system has the advantages of working reliability and accurate measurement.
