针对解决大学英语教师明确未来发展方向的问题，采用以“质量工程”标准作为教师发展规范并建立大学英语教师团队的方式，分析大学英语教师对课程教学教育“学术性”和“师范性”的理解，提出“教学、科研、竞赛相统一”的新理念展开教师曲线发展的探究方案。

In order to clarify future developing direction of college English teachers’ pro-fession, a college English teachers’ team was constructed according to "Quality Project"standards. Based on an analysis of college English teachers’ understanding of“academic”and“professional”course teaching, a new concept of“integration of teaching, academic and competition”is proposed for the sake of teachers’curvilinear development.
