目的 探讨CT在检出微小脑膜瘤中的应用价值.方法 回顾性分析20例经临床随访或组织病理学检查确诊为微小脑膜瘤患者的临床及影像学资料,所有患者均行颅脑CT及磁共振成像(MRI)扫描,观察并记录颅内微小脑膜瘤发生部位、CT密度、MRI各序列信号特点,对结果进行统计学分析.结果 20例微小脑膜瘤中,12例(60.0%)位于大脑凸面,7例(35.0%)位于中线大脑镰旁,1例(5.0%)位于右侧小脑幕缘.20例微小脑膜瘤中,CT平扫16例(80.0%)病变呈高/稍高密度,4例(20.0%)病变呈等密度.MRI平扫呈等信号的8例病变中,7例CT图像上病变呈高/稍高密度,只有1例呈等密度.CT平扫检出率80.0%(16/20),MRI平扫检出率60.0%(12/20).结论 CT对微小脑膜瘤的检出率与MRI相似,避免将大脑镰旁钙化型脑膜瘤误诊为单纯镰旁钙化.
目的 探討CT在檢齣微小腦膜瘤中的應用價值.方法 迴顧性分析20例經臨床隨訪或組織病理學檢查確診為微小腦膜瘤患者的臨床及影像學資料,所有患者均行顱腦CT及磁共振成像(MRI)掃描,觀察併記錄顱內微小腦膜瘤髮生部位、CT密度、MRI各序列信號特點,對結果進行統計學分析.結果 20例微小腦膜瘤中,12例(60.0%)位于大腦凸麵,7例(35.0%)位于中線大腦鐮徬,1例(5.0%)位于右側小腦幕緣.20例微小腦膜瘤中,CT平掃16例(80.0%)病變呈高/稍高密度,4例(20.0%)病變呈等密度.MRI平掃呈等信號的8例病變中,7例CT圖像上病變呈高/稍高密度,隻有1例呈等密度.CT平掃檢齣率80.0%(16/20),MRI平掃檢齣率60.0%(12/20).結論 CT對微小腦膜瘤的檢齣率與MRI相似,避免將大腦鐮徬鈣化型腦膜瘤誤診為單純鐮徬鈣化.

Objective To investigate the application value of CT detecting micro meningioma.Methods The clinical and imaging data of 20 micro meningioma patients was retrospectively analyzed.All patients underwent brain CT and MRI scans.The position,CT density,MRI signal of the intracranial meningiomas were observed and recorded.Statistical test was performed.Results Of the 20 micro meningiomas,12 cases had convexity of brain; 7 cases had the lesion in the midline close to the cerebral falx; 1 case was in the edge of the fight tentorium of cerebellum.Of the 20 micro meningioma,16 cases showed high or slightly high density (including 5 cases with calcification density) on CT images; 4 cases showed isodensity.Of the 8 cases with isointensity on MRI images,7 cases were high or slightly high density on CT images and only 1 case showed isodensity.The detection rate of CT was 80%.The detection rate of MRI was 60.0%.Conclusion CT has higher detection rate on the micro meningioma; the falx calcification meningioma can be misunderstood as falx calcification.
