高职英语专业学生职业能力的培养目标是使学生能以英语为工具从事满足社会需求并具有专门技能的复合型人才。本文提出了高职学生应该具备的三种职业技能，并以伊春职业学院英语专业学生为对象，进行了职业能力培养现状分析，进而提出了培养英语专业学生职业能力的五种途径并通过这五种途径全面培养英语专业学生就业所需的职业能力，增强学生的就业实力。

The cultivation aim for occupation ability of English majors in vocational college is to enable students to use English as tools to meet the needs of the society and become compound talents with special skills. The paper puts forward three kinds of occupation skill that students should possess in vocational college, and analyzes the status quo of occupation ability training in Yichun vocational college. At last, it presents five ways to cultivate occupation ability of English majors, so as to cultivate English majors' occupation ability and strengthen the student's ability required in employment.
