为研究长江岳阳段水环境污染对人体健康产生的危害风险,根据2008-2012年长江岳阳段水质监测数据,采用美国环境保护署(USEPA)推荐的水环境健康风险评价模型,对长江岳阳段通过饮用水途径引起的水环境健康风险进行了评价。结果表明:总健康风险在1.64×10-5~2.25×10-5 a -1之间,平均为1.91×10-5 a -1,均低于国际辐射防护委员会(ICRP)推荐的最大可接受风险水平5×10-5 a -1,对照水环境健康风险等级划分标准,长江岳阳段水环境健康风险为较低健康风险;化学致癌物质健康风险 As > Cd、平水期>丰水期>枯水期,非致癌物质健康风险氟化物> Cu >NH3- N > Zn、枯水期>丰水期>平水期;总健康风险主要来自化学致癌物质,其中 As 为主要风险污染物,因此化学致癌物质尤其是 As 应作为风险决策管理的重点对象。

For the Yueyang reach of Yangtze River,the water environmental health risk assessment model recommended by USEPA was used to evaluate the risk on human health caused by water pollu-tion,and the monitoring data of 2008 - 2012 was applied. The result showed that,the total health risk was in 1. 64 × 10 - 5 a - 1 - 2. 25 × 10 - 5 a - 1 ,averaged as 1. 91 × 10 - 5 a - 1 ,lower than the maxi-mum acceptable level 5 × 10 - 5 a - 1 recommended by ICRP. In contrast with water environmental health risk classification standard,the Yueyang reach of Yangtze Rive is in lower health risk level. The rankings of health risk from chemical carcinogens are As > Cd and normal water period > high water period > low water period,the rankings of health risk from non - carcinogens are fluoride > Cu> NH3 - N > Zn and low water period > high water period > normal water period. Owing to the total health risk mainly from chemical carcinogens,in which As is a major risk pollutant,therefore,stric-ter governing of chemical carcinogens,especially As,is an effective way to reduce the water environ-mental health risk for the Yueyang reach of Yangtze River.
