针对改造的某型号轴流压缩机焊接结构,为了更好地确定该结构进气端蜗壳的流体性能,采取专业计算流体力学(CFD)软件FLUENT对进气端蜗壳进行了流场计算,通过添加十字型挡板和圆滑导流板等结构对蜗壳结构进行了改进,设计了三种改良方案,并分析了各自方案的蜗壳内部流体参数,如速度与总压等物理量的分布规律。结果表明,在蜗壳喉部区域添加圆滑导流板,同时在进口区域设置十字型挡板的改进方案具有较好的流场特性,在总压损失、出口面流场均匀性方面都较原结构有了明显的改进,取得了较好的效果。
針對改造的某型號軸流壓縮機銲接結構,為瞭更好地確定該結構進氣耑蝸殼的流體性能,採取專業計算流體力學(CFD)軟件FLUENT對進氣耑蝸殼進行瞭流場計算,通過添加十字型擋闆和圓滑導流闆等結構對蝸殼結構進行瞭改進,設計瞭三種改良方案,併分析瞭各自方案的蝸殼內部流體參數,如速度與總壓等物理量的分佈規律。結果錶明,在蝸殼喉部區域添加圓滑導流闆,同時在進口區域設置十字型擋闆的改進方案具有較好的流場特性,在總壓損失、齣口麵流場均勻性方麵都較原結構有瞭明顯的改進,取得瞭較好的效果。

In this paper, the professional CFD software, FLUENT, is used to analyze a large welded axial compressor, aiming at optimizing the fluid field of the inlet volute. With reasonable simplification, some meaningful parameters such as velocity distribution, total pressure are obtained. With adding cross-shaped damper and smoothing baffle, three modified models for the inlet volute are built and examined to optimize the fluid field of the inlet volute. The result shows that adding a cross baffle and a smooth diversion plate enable the inlet volutes having a better flow field. The modified inlet shows a better performance in terms of total pressure loss and the uniformity of the exit face.
