光学显示仪器前的镜片需要通过镀膜来对特定波段形成高反射.以聚碳酸酯(PC)镜片作为基底,采用真空镀膜技术,在 PC 镜片上镀高反射膜和增透膜,研究了增透膜对消除 PC 镜片表面二次反射的影响.研究结果表明,PC 只有前表面镀反射膜的反射曲线在530 nm 处波长的反射率达到85.05%,同时在PC 镜片前面镀反射膜和 PC 镜片后面镀增透膜的反射曲线在530 nm 处波长的反射率达到78.33%.PC镜片的反射率降低了6.72%.

Lens of optical monitor can form high reflection in specific wavelength band by coating film.This arti-cle uses PC lens as substrate to coat high reflection film and anti-reflection film by using vacuum coating tech-nique.The effects of anti-reflection film on eliminating secondary reflection of PC lens surface were researched. The results showed that the highest reflectivity at the wavelength of 530 nm was 85.5% if anti-reflection film was only coated on the front surface which decreased to 78.33% when high reflection film and anti-reflection film were coated at the same time.The reflectivity of PC lens was reduced by 6.72%.
