以硫酸镁和氨水溶液为原料,采用双滴法,在油相中通过超声波辅助的方式制备了有机分散性良好的球形且带有花瓣状表面形貌特征的氢氧化镁。通过 XRD、SEM、FT-IR 以及 TG、DSC 分析,讨论了产物的极性、形貌、热性能等特性,并通过沉降实验验证了 MH 在有机相中的分散性得到了有效改善,同时发现反应温度的降低有助于得到形貌更加规整、分散性更加优异的产物。

In this paper,well-dispersed magnesium hydroxide (MH)with spherically flower shape was synthe-sized through one-step precipitation process,in which magnesium sulfate solution (MgSO 4 )and ammonia water (NH 4 OH)were simultaneously added into an organic phase with the aid of ultrasonic radiation.The polarity, morphology and thermal property of the products were analyzed in terms of XRD,SEM,FT-IR,TG,DSC re-spectively.In addition,sedimentation experiments were carried out in order to verify the dispersibility of the products.Besides,it was also concluded that the decrease of reaction temperature would lead to an improvement of morphology in uniformity and disperibility.
