在 LSS(liquid-solid-solution)多相体系中制得了 CdSe、CdSe/ZnS 量子点和 Eu 掺杂的量子点.利用 TEM、XRD、PL、EDS 对产物进行了表征.TEM 结果显示所得的量子点形貌规则、尺寸均匀.XRD 结果显示 CdSe/ZnS 量子点呈六方晶系.PL 结果对比表明,合适厚度壳层 ZnS 包覆后的 CdSe 量子点发光效率明显提高,发光峰的半高宽有大幅度提高,并分析了所得的结果.掺杂稀土元素 Eu 后,CdSe(Eu)量子点在红光区域产生了新的发光峰;而 CdSe(Eu)/ZnS 量子点在红光区域内没有出现发光峰,并阐明了这种现象的原因.

CdSe,CdSe/ZnS and Eu doped QDs were synthesized in LSS system.The QDs were characterized by TEM,XRD,PL and EDS.The TEM results showed that the QDs had uniform size and morphology.And the results of XRD showed CdSe/ZnS QDs belonged to hexagonal crystal system.The PL of the samples proved that the CdSe QDs coated with suitable thickness ZnS had a remarkable rise in luminous efficiency and the FWHM (the full width half maximum).And we analyzed this results.The CdSe QDs doped with Eu had a new emission peak in red area,while the CdSe(Eu)/ZnS QDs did not.We also clarified the causes of this phenome-non .
