对一高速离心风机低稠度扩压器的气动与噪声特性进行了试验研究。结果表明,在很宽的运行工况范围内,设计良好的低稠度扩压器静压恢复系数是无叶扩压器的5~7倍。设计低稠度扩压器时,应避免过大正冲角或负冲角,在0°~1.5°范围内比较合适,大的负冲角有利于降低风机的气动噪声。合适的叶栅稠度有利于提高扩压器性能,稠度为0.7时的气动性能最好,小的叶栅稠度有利于降低风机气动噪声。

대일고속리심풍궤저주도확압기적기동여조성특성진행료시험연구。결과표명,재흔관적운행공황범위내,설계량호적저주도확압기정압회복계수시무협확압기적5~7배。설계저주도확압기시,응피면과대정충각혹부충각,재0°~1.5°범위내비교합괄,대적부충각유리우강저풍궤적기동조성。합괄적협책주도유리우제고확압기성능,주도위0.7시적기동성능최호,소적협책주도유리우강저풍궤기동조성。
The aerodynamic performance and noise characteristics of a high-speed centrifugal fan diffuser with low consistency is tested and studied in this paper. The result shows that the static pressure recovery coefficient of low-consistency and well-designed diffuser is 5 to 7 times than of vaneless diffuser in the wide range of operating condition. When designing low-consistency diffuser, excessive positive or negative attack angle should be avoided and the range of 0° to 1.5° is more suitable. Large negative attack angle is helpful for reducing aerodynamic noise of fan. The suitable cascades consistency is helpful for improving diffuser performance.When the consistency is 0.7,aerodynamic performance is the best. Small cascades consistency is helpful for reducing aerodynamic noise of fan.
