生态文明是人的科学发展的必要条件，是人的需要得以满足之根，人的社会关系发展之基，人的能力发展之源。人的科学发展是生态文明的保障。人作为主体，担责生态文明；科学理念，引领生态文明；丰富知识，支撑生态文明；高尚品格，促进生态文明。建设生态文明促进人的科学发展，应深化认识，高度重视；认清形势，直面现实；统筹兼顾，科学应对：推行生态经济，提供物质保障；健全法律体系，强化约束机制；繁荣生态文化，优化人的素质；倡导生态消费，优化生活方式；重视国际合作，共建美好世界。
생태문명시인적과학발전적필요조건，시인적수요득이만족지근，인적사회관계발전지기，인적능력발전지원。인적과학발전시생태문명적보장。인작위주체，담책생태문명；과학이념，인령생태문명；봉부지식，지탱생태문명；고상품격，촉진생태문명。건설생태문명촉진인적과학발전，응심화인식，고도중시；인청형세，직면현실；통주겸고，과학응대：추행생태경제，제공물질보장；건전법률체계，강화약속궤제；번영생태문화，우화인적소질；창도생태소비，우화생활방식；중시국제합작，공건미호세계。
Ecological civilization is a necessary condition for the scientific development of people .It is the root to satisfy people’s needs ,the base of the development of the social relations and the source of the develop-ment of people’s ability .People’s scientific development ,in return ,guarantees ecological civilization .People are the subject and responsible for ecological civilization .Their scientific concept leads ecological civilization . Abundant knowledge support ecological civilization and noble characters promote ecological civilization .This paper argues that to construct ecological civilization to promote the scientific development of people , efforts should be made in the following aspects :1 ) More attention should be drawn to better understand the concept of ecological civilization;2 ) The current ecological civilization status be understood and the reality be faced ;3 ) Overall con-sideration be given and scientific methods be used ;4 ) Ecological economy be developed and material supplies be ensured;5 ) Legislature system be perfected and restriction mechanism be strengthened ;6 ) Ecological culture be flourished and the quality of people be optimized ;7 )Ecological consumption be advocated and the way of life be improved;Lastly ,international cooperation be emphasized to commonly build a better world .
