A welded stainless steel propeller with hollow structure has been developed. Its performance is equivalent to the traditional casting copper propeller, and has advantages of environmental protection and durability. The paper describes in detail the structure feature and the manufacture process, and proposes the strength calculation method. The calculation results show that the strength of the propeller of this kind can meet the requirements of the rules, and its manufacture method can be promoted.
