近年来,各高校逐渐意识到应该对报考学前教育专业的考生进行面试,并进行了一定的尝试。但由于其尚处于探索阶段,所以存在面试的目的不够明确、面试的内容不够全面、面试的实施程序过于简化、面试的评分标准不够科学、面试的评委不够专业等问题。为保证各高校学前教育专业本科生的生源质量,最终提高学前教育质量,应有如下对策:必须明确面试的目的;丰富面试的内容;完善面试的实施程序;科学制定面试的评分标准;确定并培训面试的评委。
