大学办学定位因其难和重要而成为现代社会普遍关注的问题，并由于不同利益相关者的影响形成了三种不同的定位主体：政府、市场与大学，是政府主导定位、市场协调定位与大学自主定位的交织与博弈。其中，在政府主导定位的影响下，大学选择了一方面适应政府主导定位行为下的大学办学定位的路径依赖，另一方面通过高校内部的“利益集团”试图影响或参与政府的定位策略；在市场协调定位的影响下，大学选择了创造性地建立新型高等教育组织，并采取了抬高自身的目标定位、适应市场需求的创新措施；在大学自主定位的影响下，大学已经专注于人才培养和教学，并鼓励丰富的校园文化活动。

University orientation has become a common concern in modern society because of its difficulty and importance,and has formed three positioning subjects because of the influence of different stakeholders:government , market and university . And intertwined with the game between the government centralized positioning,market positioning and orientation of university autonomy coordination. Among them,in the influence of government centralized location,university chose an adaptation of path dependence of university government centralized positioning behavior,positioning through a university internal “interest group” to affect or participate in government;coordination effect of positioning in the market ,chose the university creatively set up new type of higher education organization,and take the target location,elevation of self adaptation and innovative measures of market demand;influence of the university autonomous positioning ,university has focused on teaching ,the teaching position in the heart in the university’s mission,and to encourage the rich campus culture activities.
