目的:探讨瘦素及其受体在乳腺癌中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化检测及显微镜观察瘦素及其受体在乳腺癌中的表达,选择经病理确诊为乳腺癌的标本10例,分为原位癌组和浸润组,每组5例,并与其癌旁组作为对照,要从癌旁、浅表和浸润组织中分别各取5块组织,且位置应当不同,然后反复进行测定。结果瘦素在癌旁、浅表和浸润组织中均不表达,瘦素长受体(ob-rb )在癌旁、浅表、浸润组织中均不表达,而瘦素短受体(ob-ra)在癌旁、浅表和浸润组织中均有所表达。相比其他两组,瘦素 ob-ra 在癌旁组中表达比较强。而浸润组和浅表组相比较,瘦素 ob-ra 在浅表组中的表达比较强。结论瘦素 ob-ra 在乳腺组织中的表达程度有所不同,并与并与癌组织的浸润程度呈反比例关系,提示瘦素 ob-ra 可能在乳腺癌的发生和发展过程中起到一定的作用。

목적:탐토수소급기수체재유선암중적표체급의의。방법채용면역조화검측급현미경관찰수소급기수체재유선암중적표체,선택경병리학진위유선암적표본10례,분위원위암조화침윤조,매조5례,병여기암방조작위대조,요종암방、천표화침윤조직중분별각취5괴조직,차위치응당불동,연후반복진행측정。결과수소재암방、천표화침윤조직중균불표체,수소장수체(ob-rb )재암방、천표、침윤조직중균불표체,이수소단수체(ob-ra)재암방、천표화침윤조직중균유소표체。상비기타량조,수소 ob-ra 재암방조중표체비교강。이침윤조화천표조상비교,수소 ob-ra 재천표조중적표체비교강。결론수소 ob-ra 재유선조직중적표체정도유소불동,병여병여암조직적침윤정도정반비례관계,제시수소 ob-ra 가능재유선암적발생화발전과정중기도일정적작용。
Objective to explore the expression and significance of leptin and its receptor in tissue of breast cancer. Methods immunohistochemistry and microscope are adopted to detect and observe the expression of leptin and its receptor in tissue of breast cancer. the 10 cases of specimen which are diagnosed as breast tumor are chose. they were divided into two groups, superficial group and invasive group, in which there there were five patients in each group and group of adjacent to carcinoma tissue is as the controlling group.5 tissues of every specimen selected respectively in the different position from the adjacent to carcinoma tissue ,superficial tissue and invasive tissue are measured repeatedly. Results it is found that leptin does not express in adjacent to carcinoma tissue, superficial tissue and invasive tissue .Long form of leptin receptors(Ob-Rb) don’t express in adjacent to carcinoma group, superficial group and invasive group ,while short form of leptin receptors(Ob-Ra) express. Compared with superficial group and invasive group, the expression of short form of leptin receptors(Ob-Ra) in group of adjacent to carcinoma tissue is more stronger.Compared with invasive group, the expression of superficial tissue is stronger. Conclusion short form of leptin receptors can express in tissue of breast cancer to varying degrees and is inversely proportional with the infiltrating extent of tissue of tumor, suggesting that Short form of leptin receptors(Ob-Ra) may be associated with the development of breast cancer.
