目的：对精神疾病患者心肌酶的检测方法进行分析，并探讨其检测指数对精神病患者的影响。方法选取本院在2010年3月至2013年1月间收治的100例精神疾病患者与同期接受健康体检的100例健康体检者，并将前者设为观察组，将后者设为对照组，对两组受检者的心肌酶进行检测，观察两组心肌酶指数。并且在治疗8w 后再对观察组精神分裂症患者的心肌酶指数进行检测，观察其治疗后的心肌酶指数情况。结果⑴经过对两组受检者的心肌酶进行检测后，发现观察组不同类型的心肌酶检测数据都不同，且与对照组相比具有明显的差异性，P<0.05，统计学有意义。⑵观察组精神分裂症患者经过治疗8w 后，其心肌酶指数与治疗前相比有了明显的差异性，P<0.05，统计学有意义。结论通过对精神疾病患者的心肌酶进行检测，其检测数据可以作为诊疗精神疾病的重要依据。

목적：대정신질병환자심기매적검측방법진행분석，병탐토기검측지수대정신병환자적영향。방법선취본원재2010년3월지2013년1월간수치적100례정신질병환자여동기접수건강체검적100례건강체검자，병장전자설위관찰조，장후자설위대조조，대량조수검자적심기매진행검측，관찰량조심기매지수。병차재치료8w 후재대관찰조정신분렬증환자적심기매지수진행검측，관찰기치료후적심기매지수정황。결과⑴경과대량조수검자적심기매진행검측후，발현관찰조불동류형적심기매검측수거도불동，차여대조조상비구유명현적차이성，P<0.05，통계학유의의。⑵관찰조정신분렬증환자경과치료8w 후，기심기매지수여치료전상비유료명현적차이성，P<0.05，통계학유의의。결론통과대정신질병환자적심기매진행검측，기검측수거가이작위진료정신질병적중요의거。
Objective detection method on myocardial enzymes in patients with mental disorders were analyzed,and to explore the effect of detection index for psychiatric patients. Methods in our hospital in 2010 March to 2013January were treated 100 cases of mental diseasepatients and 100 healthy subjects underwent physical examination, and the former as the observation group, the latter is set up for the control group, the myocardial enzyme of two groups of subjects were detected,observes two group of heart muscle enzyme index. and in the treatment of 8W after the myocardial enzyme indexobservation group of patients with schizophrenia were detected, observation of serum myocardial enzyme indexafter the treatment. Myocardial enzyme results based onthe subjects of two groups were observed after detection,detection of myocardial enzymes of different types have different data sets, and compared with the control grouphas the difference, obviously P<0.05, statisticallysignificant. the observation group patients with schizophrenia after treatment with 8W, the myocardialenzyme index compared with those before treatment hadobvious difference, P<0.05, statistically significant.Conclusion the detection of myocardial enzymes in patients with mental disorders, the test data can be used as an important basis for diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders.
