目的：通过对比病理诊断等多种检查手段的诊断结果，探究评价62例多层螺旋 ct 及多平面重建在低位胆管梗阻中的诊断价值。方法选取62例低位胆管梗阻的患者，通过多层螺旋 ct 及多平面重建对他们做出疾病诊断，并将诊断结果与临床综合诊断结果进行对比，以此来评价多层螺旋 ct 及多平面重建在低位胆管梗阻中的诊断价值。结果两位医生通过阅读多层螺旋 ct 及多平面重建的片子，对低位胆管梗阻的多种疾病病因的的定性及定位诊断准确率均较高，两位医生的定性及定位诊断一致性都很好。结论多层螺旋 ct 及多平面重建在低位胆管梗阻中的诊断准确率高，医生诊断一致性很好，建议临床广泛应用多层螺旋 ct 及多平面重建于低位胆管梗阻中的诊断。

목적：통과대비병리진단등다충검사수단적진단결과，탐구평개62례다층라선 ct 급다평면중건재저위담관경조중적진단개치。방법선취62례저위담관경조적환자，통과다층라선 ct 급다평면중건대타문주출질병진단，병장진단결과여림상종합진단결과진행대비，이차래평개다층라선 ct 급다평면중건재저위담관경조중적진단개치。결과량위의생통과열독다층라선 ct 급다평면중건적편자，대저위담관경조적다충질병병인적적정성급정위진단준학솔균교고，량위의생적정성급정위진단일치성도흔호。결론다층라선 ct 급다평면중건재저위담관경조중적진단준학솔고，의생진단일치성흔호，건의림상엄범응용다층라선 ct 급다평면중건우저위담관경조중적진단。
Objective to explore the value of multi slice spiral ct (Msct) and multiplanar reconstruction in the diagnosis of 62 cases of lower bile duct obstruction , by comparing the diagnostic results of numbers of detection methods.Methods 62 patients with lower bile duct obstruction were selected as the study objects,who were given disease diagnosis by Msct and multiplanar reconstruction,diagnostic results and clinical complex results of patients were compared,so as to evaluate the diagnostic value of Msct and multiplanar reconstruction in diagnosis of lower bile duct obstruction.Results after doctors seeing images of Msct and multiplanar reconstruction,they concluded that qualitative causes and location accuracy were higher,and the coherence of location and qualitative causes was good,too.Conclusion diagnostic values of Msct and multiplanar reconstruction in the diagnosis of lower bile duct obstruction is high,with good diagnostic coherence,this method is recommended apply in clinical diagnosis of lower bile duct obstruction.
