介绍国产分散控制系统(distributed control system,DCS)在台山电厂1000 MW机组上的应用,并结合该DCS在应用过程中出现的问题,从系统软硬件、系统设计等方面进行了故障原因分析与防范措施制定。针对台山电厂1000 MW机组,从分散控制系统设计、安装、调试、维护等阶段分别提出了及时安排人员进行监造、提前进行深度调研、提前编制应急预案、在生产现场了解国产DCS特点与应用经验、严格制定并执行DCS管理制度等措施;总结了重点关注元器件质量、统一通讯协议与传输方式、充分地采用冗余技术、合理地分配各控制器和 I/O卡件中的控制对象和测点等一些应用经验与可靠性建议,为国产DCS在大容量机组上的更好应用提供参考。

This paper introduces and analyzes application of domestic distributed control system in 1 000 MW unit of Taishan electric power plant.Combining with problems of DCS in application process and in aspects of system software and hardware and design,it analyzes fault reasons and formulation of precautionary measures.Aiming at 1 000 MW unit of Taishan elec-tric power plant,it proposes measures in stages of design,installation,commissioning and maintenance of DCS such as ar-ranging personnel for construction supervision,proceeding deep survey and forming contingency plans in advance,under-standing characteristics of domestic DCS and application experiences on the production field,seriously formulating and im-plementing SCS management systems.In addition,it summarizes application experiences and reliability suggestions including key concerned component parts qualities,unified communication protocol and transmission ways,sufficient employment of redundancy technology and reasonable distribution of each controller and control objects and measure points in I/O cards which may provide references for better application of domestic DCS in large capacity units.
