总结了20例行左枕乙状窦后入路听神经鞘瘤切除术患者的术后并发症，主要包括继发颅内血肿、肺部感染、脑脊液漏、呛咳和面瘫。经过术前对各种并发症发生的综合评估及检查，结合术后严密观察患者生命体征、意识及瞳孔变化，及早地预防和发现了并发症，并采取了及时有效的护理措施，20例患者均康复出院。认为有效的预防和护理措施能促进患者的康复，缩短住院时间。
總結瞭20例行左枕乙狀竇後入路聽神經鞘瘤切除術患者的術後併髮癥，主要包括繼髮顱內血腫、肺部感染、腦脊液漏、嗆咳和麵癱。經過術前對各種併髮癥髮生的綜閤評估及檢查，結閤術後嚴密觀察患者生命體徵、意識及瞳孔變化，及早地預防和髮現瞭併髮癥，併採取瞭及時有效的護理措施，20例患者均康複齣院。認為有效的預防和護理措施能促進患者的康複，縮短住院時間。
총결료20례행좌침을상두후입로은신경초류절제술환자적술후병발증，주요포괄계발로내혈종、폐부감염、뇌척액루、창해화면탄。경과술전대각충병발증발생적종합평고급검사，결합술후엄밀관찰환자생명체정、의식급동공변화，급조지예방화발현료병발증，병채취료급시유효적호리조시，20례환자균강복출원。인위유효적예방화호리조시능촉진환자적강복，축단주원시간。
It sums up the postoperational complications of 20 cases who have the nerve sheath tumor resection via retrosigmoidal ap-proach,and the complications mainly include secondary intracranial hematoma, lung infection, cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) leakage, coughing and facial paralysis. Though the comprehensive evaluation and inspection of various complications before the operation, and the close observation of vital signs, consciousness and pupillary changes after the operation, we prevent and detect complications in time, and take timely and effective nursing interventions. All 20 patients have a recovery and discharged. We think effective prevention and nursing measures can promote the patiens' recovery and shorten the length of hostipal stay.
