目的:评估本院非内分泌科护理人员糖尿病基础知识、胰岛素使用相关知识与注射技能掌握情况,找出其存在的问题,以指导糖尿病管理小组对非内分泌科护理人员的培训工作。方法采用自行设计的调查表对本院其他28个科室共90名护理人员糖尿病基础知识、胰岛素使用相关知识与注射技能掌握情况进行调查与分析。结果参与调查的28个科室共90名护理人员,糖尿病基础知识掌握好的仅占15.2%,部分掌握的占29.6%;胰岛素使用相关知识掌握好的仅占32.2%,部分掌握的占54.4%;胰岛素注射完全规范的仅占66.1%。结论非内分泌科护理人员明显缺乏糖尿病基础知识及胰岛素使用相关知识,胰岛素规范注射技能水平也亟待提高,应通过各种形式对其加强糖尿病规范化培训与指导,以达到对住非内分泌科糖尿病患者的规范化的健康教育与管理。

Objective To help diabetes management group to train non-endocrine nurses,by evaluating these nurses on diabetes basic knowledge, insulin using related knowledge and skill of injection. Methods Self-designed questionnaires were employed to investigate and analyze 90 nurses on diabetes basic knowledge, insulin using related knowledge and skill of injection in 28 non-endocrine depart-ments of our hospital. Results In the 90 nurses of 28 non-endocrine department, only 15.2% of these knew well the diabetes basic knowledge, and 29.6% knew a little. Regarding insulin using related knowledge, 32.2% of them mastered and 54.4% partly mastered. However, 66.1% met the technical requirement of insulin injection. Conclusion Nurses in non-endocrine departments were noticeable lack of insulin basic knowledge and insulin using related knowledge, their insulin injection skills were urgently to improve. Standard training of diabetes related knowledge should be held through various pathways to standardize the education and management of dia-betic patients in non-endocrine departments.
