技术应用是解决农业问题的根本出路，农业技术推广体系是促进农业技术成果转化为实际生产能力的重要组织。近几年来中央“一号文件”都把加强农业科技应用放在突出的地位加以强调，当前农业科技组织与服务亟须从理论与实践上对农业技术推广体系建设的有效途径做出回答。
技術應用是解決農業問題的根本齣路，農業技術推廣體繫是促進農業技術成果轉化為實際生產能力的重要組織。近幾年來中央“一號文件”都把加彊農業科技應用放在突齣的地位加以彊調，噹前農業科技組織與服務亟鬚從理論與實踐上對農業技術推廣體繫建設的有效途徑做齣迴答。

The application of technology is the fundamental way to solve the agricultural problem. The agricultural technology popularization system is the important organization of promoting agricultural technology achievements into practical production capacity. In recent years, the No.1 central "document" put the emphasis onstrengthen the application of agricultural science and technology.The current agricultural science and technology organization and service are need to give an answer from theory and practice of an effective way for the construction of agricultural technology extension system.
