为提高大型仪器设备的利用率和开放共享程度，对开放共享信息化管理实践中出现的5个问题进行了探讨。借助信息化的手段，在提升设备共享程度、提高设备管理效率、打通学生账户使用设备局限、加强专项资金的监管、支撑科学数据统计方面提出了解决办法。
為提高大型儀器設備的利用率和開放共享程度，對開放共享信息化管理實踐中齣現的5箇問題進行瞭探討。藉助信息化的手段，在提升設備共享程度、提高設備管理效率、打通學生賬戶使用設備跼限、加彊專項資金的鑑管、支撐科學數據統計方麵提齣瞭解決辦法。

With continuous investment for colleges in recent years ,colleges and universities gradually narrow the gap in key equipment and advanced instruments’ holdings compared with the world-class university . However ,the difficulties of enhancing the university equipment utilization efficiency effectively are still placed in front of them .This paper proposes new requirements to universities’ administrators in new area .Xi’an Jiaotong University keeps exploring in these series of essays with the means of information technology .This paper focuses on the key management points in solving these problems .
