围绕材料科学基础实验,实施了由教师和实验员监督、高年级本科生管理和带教低年级本科生,将扩大实验室开放与开展综合性、设计性实验相结合的实验室管理创新模式。实践表明,这种模式具有较强可操作性,不仅能使学生积极主动获取知识、创新思维与综合分析能力得到培养和提高,而且还能有效地提高实验教学质量和实验室利用率。

Surrounding the fundamental experiments of materials science , an innovative mode has been successfully implemented ,which is characterized by that the experiments for junior undergraduates are tutored and managed by senior undergraduates , and supervised by teachers and the experimental staff , and characterized by the combination of the opening laboratory with comprehensive and designative experiments . The implementation has shown that the mode is very practicable .It not only gives students the abilities of acquire knowledge , innovative thinking and comprehensive analysis , but also improves the quality of experimental teaching and utilization ratio of laboratory effectively of laboratory .
