仪器分析实验课程围绕应用型、创新型人才培养目标对教学中的教学模式及成绩评定等问题进行了探讨。通过开设开放式实验教学课程、采取更加全面和科学的实验考核制度、引入实验奖励机制及加强实验教师队伍建设等改革措施，激发学生的学习积极性、实践能力、创新能力，有利于培养应用型、创新型人才。
儀器分析實驗課程圍繞應用型、創新型人纔培養目標對教學中的教學模式及成績評定等問題進行瞭探討。通過開設開放式實驗教學課程、採取更加全麵和科學的實驗攷覈製度、引入實驗獎勵機製及加彊實驗教師隊伍建設等改革措施，激髮學生的學習積極性、實踐能力、創新能力，有利于培養應用型、創新型人纔。

In view of cultivating objective of the application type ,innovative talents ,the teaching mode and system of performance evaluation in instrumental analysis experiments are discussed . Some improving measures are proposed to solve main problems .The measures include adding opening experimental teaching , taking the more comprehensive and scientific experimental evaluation system ,improving the construction of experimental teaching team as well as introducing the experimental reward mechanism .The previous measures promote students’ learning enthusiasm and the practical ability successfully , which are propitious for cultivating application type ,innovative talents .
