This article introduces the experimental teaching system of the reform ,innovation and practice for talent training in the applied field goal in recent years .In the teaching process of military college’s physics experiment ,it is recommended to direct the whole experimental procedure with the innovative teaching thought ,in order to create the multi-and self-teaching mode ,to enhance the students’ independent spirit ,and to enhance the innovative spirit and practice ability to play a key role .T he good results of practice teaching are achieved .
