This paper ,taking the construction practice of Experimental Teaching Center for Liberal Arts of Zhejiang Normal University as an example ,elaborates on the attribute and the system structure of the courses with the analysis on the experience and existing problems gained during the practice ,and explores the possible approaches to the construction of training courses .
