This article is based on the experience of the construction of a Biological Experimental & Teaching Model Center .Besides a review of the construction ,it also introduces the establishment of the “multi-level and integral” experimental teaching system and the“open-ended and research-oriented”practical teaching platform , as well as their effects during the cultivation of students’ innovative ability .
