为了掌握磷尾矿的热解性能,对磷尾矿进行煅烧实验,并测定煅烧前后粒度变化情况及煅烧后氧化钙、氧化镁生成情况。结果表明,尾矿中磷矿和白云石的粒度在整个粒度范围都有分布,其中未煅烧尾矿的粒径范围为0.6~120μm,平均粒径为15μm,尾矿煅烧后粒径范围变为0.6~73μm,因此,不能用简单的筛分将磷精矿与碳酸盐分离。

위료장악린미광적열해성능,대린미광진행단소실험,병측정단소전후립도변화정황급단소후양화개、양화미생성정황。결과표명,미광중린광화백운석적립도재정개립도범위도유분포,기중미단소미광적립경범위위0.6~120μm,평균립경위15μm,미광단소후립경범위변위0.6~73μm,인차,불능용간단적사분장린정광여탄산염분리。
In order to grasp the pyrolysis performance of phosphate tailings,experiments on calcined phosphate tailings was done,the change of the particle size before and after calcined as well as the produc-tion of calcined calcium oxide,magnesium oxide were measured.The results showed that the particle size of both the phosphate and dolomite in phosphate tailing are distributed in the whole particle size range,wherein the uncalcined tailings particle size have a range of 0.6~120μm,an average particle diameter of 15μm.Af-ter calcination the particle sizes have a range of 0.6 ~73μm.Therefore,phosphate concentrate can not be separated from carbonate with a simple screening.
