微博与微信，由于其便捷、自由等特性受到大学生的喜爱，是大学生最常使用的社交工具，形成了心理健康教育的新环境。微社交在给心理健康教育带来机遇的同时，也带来了挑战。从学业学习、就业、人际交往、价值观念等方面研究微博、微信对大学生的影响，并以此为基础，扩展心理健康教育方式，预防和矫正心理问题，实现高校心理健康教育的目标。

Microblog and Webchat are popular among college students because they are simple , convenient, and freedom.It is a new tools for mental health education .Micro-social network brings opportunities as well as challenges to mental health educa -tion.The author researches the influence of micro -social network on college students from the aspects of study , employment , in-terpersonal relationships and the value .Based on this analysis , the author expend the mental health education , from preventing to correcting psychological problems in order to realize the goals of mental health education for college students .
