对二氯苯与γ-丁内酯反应目标产物是茚酮及萘酮类化合物,它们是药物合成的重要中间体。此反应属于Friedel-Crafts反应,是一类非常重要的酸催化有机反应。结果表明,对二氯苯是非常惰性的物质,在393 K时,无水三氯化铝催化剂用量在γ-丁内酯物质的量4.5倍时催化效果明显(91.1%)。反应产物的结构通过质谱、红外光谱、核磁共振光谱表征。

p -Dichlorobenzene and γ-butyrolactone reaction of Friedel -Crafts reaction was a very important organic acid catalytic reaction.p -Dichlorobenzene and γ-butyrolactone target products were the indinavir -and naphthalene ketones , which were important drug synthesis of intermediates.The results showed when the amount of aluminum chloride was 4.5 times of the amount of γ-butyrolactone , the reaction yield was 91.1% at 393 K.The structure of product was confirmed by GC -MS, IR and NMR.
