在总结现有研究成果的基础上,通过集成紫云英高产技术、双季水稻机插秧技术、稻草腐解技术、高效施肥和病虫草害综合防控等多项技术,构建双季稻“双还双减”机械化生产技术模式。该技术模式适宜于长江中游南部双季水稻生产,技术要点是:豆科绿肥还田、双季稻草全量还田、氮肥减量施用、钾肥减量施用、双季水稻机插秧、机耕机收、病虫草害综合防控等。推广实施双季稻“双还双减”机械化生产技术模式能够同步实现提升双季水稻产量、改善稻田土壤肥力、降低农业面源污染和提高水稻生产的机械化水平等多个目标,对保障国家粮食安全和双季稻区的可持续发展具有重要意义。

On the basis of summarizing previous research results ,a mechanized production mode of double rice ( Oryza sativa L.) with “double-recycling and double-reduction”was constructed .The technology mode was assembled with multiple independent technologies including legume crop ( Astragalus sinicus L.) covering, mechanical transplanting for double rice , promoting straw decomposition , high-efficient fertilization , and inte-grated pest ,disease ,and weed controls .The technology mode is suitable for double rice production in the south-ern area of middle reaches of the Yangtze River .The key components of the “double-recycling and double-re-duction” technology mode comprises legume residue retention ,rice straw retention ,reduction in mineral nitro-gen and potassium rates ,mechanical transplanting for double rice ,mechanical tillage and harvest ,and integrat-ed pest ,disease ,and weed controls .Application of the mechanized production mode of double rice with “double-recycling and double-reduction” could simultaneously increase the yield of double rice ,enhance soil fertility , reduce agricultural non-point pollution , and promote the mechanization level of rice production , thus aiding China ’ s grain security and the sustainable development of the double rice cropping system .
