以淦鑫203水稻品种为试验材料,研究了不同低温条件下水稻孕穗期叶片中吲哚乙酸( IAA )、赤霉素(GA3)和脱落酸(ABA)3种内源激素含量的变化。研究结果表明:低温胁迫下水稻叶片生长活力下降,其内源激素水平发生了显著变化,即IAA、GA3的含量下降,ABA的含量升高。随着低温胁迫程度的加剧,叶片内部内源激素的变化越来越显著。随着恢复生长时间的延长,IAA、GA3含量呈现逐渐升高变化趋势;ABA含量呈现逐渐降低变化趋势。
以淦鑫203水稻品種為試驗材料,研究瞭不同低溫條件下水稻孕穗期葉片中吲哚乙痠( IAA )、赤黴素(GA3)和脫落痠(ABA)3種內源激素含量的變化。研究結果錶明:低溫脅迫下水稻葉片生長活力下降,其內源激素水平髮生瞭顯著變化,即IAA、GA3的含量下降,ABA的含量升高。隨著低溫脅迫程度的加劇,葉片內部內源激素的變化越來越顯著。隨著恢複生長時間的延長,IAA、GA3含量呈現逐漸升高變化趨勢;ABA含量呈現逐漸降低變化趨勢。

In order to analyze the physiological and biochemical mechanisms of rice ,by using Ganxin203. As the test material ,the changes of the activities of endogenous hormones such as IAA ,GA3 and ABA in leaves at the booting stage under low temperature stress were studied .The result showed that the growth activity de-creased and the contents of endogenous hormones in leaves changed significantly under the low temperature condition.The contents of IAA and GA 3 decreased.However,the content of ABA indecreased and accumulated rapidly .The contents of endogenous hormones changed more and more significautly with the decrease of temper -ature.As the recovery time lengthened ,the contents of IAA,GA3 increased,but the contents of ABA decreased .
