对新疆塔城油页岩样品进行了理化性质分析及综合评价,研究了该油页岩的含油率、灰分、挥发分、发热量、热强度、硬度等特性,得知该油页岩含油率平均值为7.32%,灰分平均值为65.94%,挥发分平均值为20.41%,发热量平均值为4.55 MJ/kg,热强度和硬度均与抚顺油页岩相似。分析了油页岩的灰分组成,主要成分为SiO2、Al2 O3、Fe2 O3、CaO 和 MgO,其中 SiO2的质量分数最高,Al2 O3、Fe2 O3次之。综合考虑评价结果,选择抚顺式炉干馏工艺综合加工该油页岩。
對新疆塔城油頁巖樣品進行瞭理化性質分析及綜閤評價,研究瞭該油頁巖的含油率、灰分、揮髮分、髮熱量、熱彊度、硬度等特性,得知該油頁巖含油率平均值為7.32%,灰分平均值為65.94%,揮髮分平均值為20.41%,髮熱量平均值為4.55 MJ/kg,熱彊度和硬度均與撫順油頁巖相似。分析瞭油頁巖的灰分組成,主要成分為SiO2、Al2 O3、Fe2 O3、CaO 和 MgO,其中 SiO2的質量分數最高,Al2 O3、Fe2 O3次之。綜閤攷慮評價結果,選擇撫順式爐榦餾工藝綜閤加工該油頁巖。
대신강탑성유혈암양품진행료이화성질분석급종합평개,연구료해유혈암적함유솔、회분、휘발분、발열량、열강도、경도등특성,득지해유혈암함유솔평균치위7.32%,회분평균치위65.94%,휘발분평균치위20.41%,발열량평균치위4.55 MJ/kg,열강도화경도균여무순유혈암상사。분석료유혈암적회분조성,주요성분위SiO2、Al2 O3、Fe2 O3、CaO 화 MgO,기중 SiO2적질량분수최고,Al2 O3、Fe2 O3차지。종합고필평개결과,선택무순식로간류공예종합가공해유혈암。
The basic physicochemical characteristics of the Tacheng oil shales in Xinj iang province were investigated by a variety of experimental methods and a comprehensive evaluation was carried out.The properties of the oil shales such as oil yield,ash content, volatile component, calorific value, thermal intensity, rigidity and so on were investigated.The experimental result shows that the average oil yield is 7.32%,the average ash content is 65.94%,the average volatile component is 20.41%,the average calorific value is 4.55 MJ/kg,the thermal intensity and rigidity are both similar to the Fushun oil shales.In addition,the compositions of oil shales'ash were analyzed and demonstrated to be SiO2 ,Al2 O3 ,Fe2 O3 , CaO and MgO.Among them,SiO2 is main composition,followed by Al2 O3 and Fe2 O3 .The comprehensive evaluation result shows that the basic physicochemical characteristics of the Tacheng oil shales in Xinjiang are close to that of Fushun oil shales, and the Fushun furnace retorting technology can suit the process of the Tacheng oil shale in Xinjiang.
