利用自行研制的旋转超声加工机床,对氧化锆陶瓷材料进行超声加工表面质量分析,对超声加工工艺进行初步试验研究,并利用表面粗糙度仪和超景深显微镜对工件表面粗糙度进行检测和观测。采用正交组合试验法,进行旋转超声加工试验,探讨了超声加工工艺参数对工件表面粗糙度的影响,从而确定一组最优的超声加工工艺参数。
利用自行研製的鏇轉超聲加工機床,對氧化鋯陶瓷材料進行超聲加工錶麵質量分析,對超聲加工工藝進行初步試驗研究,併利用錶麵粗糙度儀和超景深顯微鏡對工件錶麵粗糙度進行檢測和觀測。採用正交組閤試驗法,進行鏇轉超聲加工試驗,探討瞭超聲加工工藝參數對工件錶麵粗糙度的影響,從而確定一組最優的超聲加工工藝參數。

This paper aimed to study ultrasonic machining surface quality of zirconia ceramics with self-developed rotary ultrasonic machine. The preliminary experiment research was carried on the technology of rotary ultrasonic machining. The surface roughness could be detected and observed by surface roughness instrument and microscope. Rotary ultrasonic machining was processed by the method of orthogonal combination. The experiment explored the technological parameters on the effects of surface roughness and confirmed a set of the best ultrasonic machining parameters.
