The principles and implementation methods of ECM technology with high-efficient and integral one-forming were illustrated. And the method of ECM technology was successfully applied to boss machinery of aero-engine thin-walled casing. The result shows that the process have the advantages in machining complex shapes boss of ring thin-walled structures with the ECM technology.
