The structure,characteristics and control requirements of 20000 amperes of large triaxial of horizontal NC electrochemical machines are described. The advanced control systems of combining PLC and touch screen for the electrochemical machine tools,electrolyte temperature automatic control system and electrolyte liquid level automatic control system are applied. The overall structure of the control system,temperature control system structure,and liquid level control system structure are designed. The selection of the key hardware type,the design of PLC program module and the design of touch-screen interface are carried on.
