微弧氧化是一种在钛合金基体表面制备致密均匀超硬氧化陶瓷膜层的新方法。从脉冲频率和占空比入手,研究了单脉冲放电能量对钛合金微弧氧化陶瓷膜厚度、表面形貌的影响。结果表明:当占空比固定不变时,随着频率的增加,单脉冲放电能量不断减小,氧化膜的厚度逐渐降低,显微硬度呈降低趋势,氧化膜表面的放电微孔尺寸逐渐减小,微孔数量逐渐增多;当脉冲频率固定不变时,随着占空比的增大,单脉冲放电能量不断增大,氧化陶瓷膜厚度逐渐增大,显微硬度呈增加趋势,氧化膜表面的放电微孔尺寸逐渐增大,微孔数量逐渐减少,表面粗糙度值逐渐增加。
微弧氧化是一種在鈦閤金基體錶麵製備緻密均勻超硬氧化陶瓷膜層的新方法。從脈遲頻率和佔空比入手,研究瞭單脈遲放電能量對鈦閤金微弧氧化陶瓷膜厚度、錶麵形貌的影響。結果錶明:噹佔空比固定不變時,隨著頻率的增加,單脈遲放電能量不斷減小,氧化膜的厚度逐漸降低,顯微硬度呈降低趨勢,氧化膜錶麵的放電微孔呎吋逐漸減小,微孔數量逐漸增多;噹脈遲頻率固定不變時,隨著佔空比的增大,單脈遲放電能量不斷增大,氧化陶瓷膜厚度逐漸增大,顯微硬度呈增加趨勢,氧化膜錶麵的放電微孔呎吋逐漸增大,微孔數量逐漸減少,錶麵粗糙度值逐漸增加。

Micro-arc oxidation (MAO) is a novel and unique technique for depositing thick,dense and ultra-hard oxidative ceramic coatings on titanium alloys substrates. This work investigated the effects of a single pulse energy on characteristics of the ceramic coatings on titanium alloys substrates through the parameters of pulse frequent and duty. It was founded that the thickness and micro-hardness of ceramic coatings are decreasing,size of surface pore discharged is decreasing,and the pore number is increasing gradually while the duty is not changing,the pulse frequency is increasing and a single pulse energy is decreasing. The thickness and micro-hardness size of surface pore discharged,surface roughness of ceramic coatings are increasing and the pore number is decreasing gradually as the pulse duty,a single pulse energy and the thickness of coating is increasing.
