介绍冬凌草的化学成分、药理作用、抗肿瘤机制、临床应用等方面的研究成果。通过文献系统地介绍了国内外目前关于冬凌草的研究。研究发现冬凌草中含有萜类、生物碱、甾体、黄酮、挥发油、氨基酸、有机酸、单糖等化学成分,并具有抗肿瘤、抗菌消炎、免疫增强、抗氧化、抗突变、降压等药理作用,而其抗肿瘤机制包括阻遏细胞周期、下调端粒酶活性、抑制细胞膜钠泵活性、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、逆转多药耐药等,在临床上对食管癌、贲门癌、肝癌、乳腺癌等多种癌症均具有疗效。表明冬凌草具有广泛的药理作用和良好的抗癌活性。
介紹鼕凌草的化學成分、藥理作用、抗腫瘤機製、臨床應用等方麵的研究成果。通過文獻繫統地介紹瞭國內外目前關于鼕凌草的研究。研究髮現鼕凌草中含有萜類、生物堿、甾體、黃酮、揮髮油、氨基痠、有機痠、單糖等化學成分,併具有抗腫瘤、抗菌消炎、免疫增彊、抗氧化、抗突變、降壓等藥理作用,而其抗腫瘤機製包括阻遏細胞週期、下調耑粒酶活性、抑製細胞膜鈉泵活性、誘導腫瘤細胞凋亡、逆轉多藥耐藥等,在臨床上對食管癌、賁門癌、肝癌、乳腺癌等多種癌癥均具有療效。錶明鼕凌草具有廣汎的藥理作用和良好的抗癌活性。

To introduce the results of researching the chemical composition , pharmacological effects, anti-tumor mechanisms and clinical application of Rabdosia rubescens , this paper summarized the research on Rabdosia rubescens at home and abroad systematically by a lot of literature .It showed that Rabdosia rubescens contained some chemical compositions , inclu-ding terpenoids, alkaloids, steroids, flavonoids, volatile oils, amino acids, organic acids, monosaccharides , and has some pharmacological effects , such as anti-tumor, anti-inflamma-tory, immune-enhancing, anti-oxidation,anti-mutation and anti-hypertension.The anti-tumor mechanisms are shown as follows: repression of cell cycle , decrease of telomerase activity , inhibition of cell membrane sodium pump activity , inducing tumor cell apoptosis and reversal of multidrug resistance .In clinical , it has effect on esophageal cancer , gastric cardia canc-er, liver cancer , breast cancer and other cancers . This paper showed that Rabdosia rubescens has extensive pharmacological effects and good anticancer activity .
