介绍了冰雪灾害天气造成电力设备损坏的故障类型和冰灾事故的形成原因,总结了抗击冰灾的实践经验,分别从冰雪天气来临前和抗冰灾时期这两个阶段列举大电网抗冰灾的安全策略与措施,创新性提出了区域电网应对此类灾害的解决办法,例如快速转移负荷、实行220 kV变电站防全停技术措施等,对保障区域电网安全稳定运行有一定的借鉴意义。

The paper analyzes types of faults that cause electric equipment damage and the reasons of ice damage. Practical experience in fighting against ice damage is summarized , and safety strategy and measures against damage on large power grid are exemplified in two phases , before the icy snow comes and in the pro-cess of fighting against ice damage. The paper innovatively proposes solutions for local power grid to handle such damage, such as fast load transfer, full stop prevention measures of 220 kV substations, providing refer-ence for safe and stable operation of local power grid.
