团队学习的研究重点已由基本问题界定(定义、模型等)扩展到对其机理(前因、后果关系等)的详尽探讨。但是,学界对基本问题并未达成共识。在系统梳理相关文献的基础上,我们发现“认知”与“行为”是团队学习的两个重要方面,因此,本文从认知、行为和知行(知行即认知与行为)三个视角对团队学习的概念、模型与测量进行归纳,并在此基础上指出未来团队学习研究中值得注意的几个问题。
糰隊學習的研究重點已由基本問題界定(定義、模型等)擴展到對其機理(前因、後果關繫等)的詳儘探討。但是,學界對基本問題併未達成共識。在繫統梳理相關文獻的基礎上,我們髮現“認知”與“行為”是糰隊學習的兩箇重要方麵,因此,本文從認知、行為和知行(知行即認知與行為)三箇視角對糰隊學習的概唸、模型與測量進行歸納,併在此基礎上指齣未來糰隊學習研究中值得註意的幾箇問題。

The emphasis of research on team learning has been shifted from basic problems ( e.g.definition and model ) to the exploration of its inner mechanisms ( e.g. the causal relationships).Yet, there is still not consensus on basic problems.Based on the systematic review of the literature , we learn that there are two aspects of team learning , cognition and behavior.Therefore, we summarize the concepts , models and measurements from the perspective of cognition , behavior and cognition-behavior .Then we give some suggestions on future research on team learning .
