目的：探讨有限切开内固定技术在治疗下肢围关节骨折中的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析本院2012年3月~2013年9月收治的下肢围关节骨折患者的临床资料，依据手术治疗方法不同，将其中采用有限切开内固定技术治疗的60例患者标记为观察组，另28例采用传统内固定手术治疗标记为对照组，对比两组术后关节功能恢复情况。结果观察组治疗的优良率为86.67%，明显高于对照组的67.86%，差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论有限切开内固定技术的优点是损伤小，术后恢复快，应用于下肢围关节骨折手术中疗效确切，值得临床推广。

목적：탐토유한절개내고정기술재치료하지위관절골절중적림상료효。방법회고성분석본원2012년3월~2013년9월수치적하지위관절골절환자적림상자료，의거수술치료방법불동，장기중채용유한절개내고정기술치료적60례환자표기위관찰조，령28례채용전통내고정수술치료표기위대조조，대비량조술후관절공능회복정황。결과관찰조치료적우량솔위86.67%，명현고우대조조적67.86%，차이존재통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론유한절개내고정기술적우점시손상소，술후회복쾌，응용우하지위관절골절수술중료효학절，치득림상추엄。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of limited internal fixation technique in the treatment of lower limb fractures in the peri articular. Methods A retrospective analysis on the clinical data of joint of lower extremity fractures in patients in our hospital from March 2012 to September 2013, according to the different treatment operation methods, 60 cases of patients with limited internal fixation technique marked as observation group, another 28 cases were treated with traditional internal fixation surgery marking as control group, after operation the recovery of joint functional were compared of two groups. Conclusion Limited internal fixation technique is less injury, rapid postoperative recovery, and the curative effect is accurate when application of the lower limb fracture around joint operation, so it is worth the clinical promotion.
