综合分析贵州省56个整装勘查项目的分布情况及取得的阶段性成果,梳理出整装勘查面临的困难有:协调自有矿业权人投资困难;缺乏行之有效的勘查技术手段;缺乏系统的成果资料和综合研究;勘查单位的专业化分工弱化。结合成矿地质条件和勘查工作现状,围绕快速实现找矿重大突破,提出营造良好整装勘查环境的几点构想:⑴加强合作联动,强化各自职责,明确各方责任;构建一体多元化勘查投资平台;强化合同管理。⑵发挥科技引领和专家指导作用。⑶建立长效激励机制,充分调动地勘单位的找矿积极性,明确整装勘查主体的矿业权协议出让。

This paper has teased out the dififculties for integrated exploration based upon the distribution of 56 integrated explorations in Guizhou province and their stage achievements. The dififculties include:it is dififcult to coordinate the investment of private mining right holders;neither effective exploration techniques nor systematic results data or comprehensive research can be used or developed;and specialization is weaken in exploration units. This paper puts forward several ideas about creating a good environment for integrated exploration:individual responsibilities must be clear during cooperation and interaction;a diversiifed exploration investment platform must be built based on the strong contract management. Meanwhile, the leading role of science and technology and expert guidance should be given full play; in order to fully arouse the enthusiasm of geological exploration units in prospecting, long-term incentive mechanism should be established. In addition, the transfer of mining right agreement of the main body of integrated exploration must be deifned.
