分析了国内水文非一致性变异及其对水库防洪影响研究存在的问题,评述了水文非一致性变异的检验方法和频率计算中所涉及的还原或还现、直接频率法及水文非一致性变异对水库防洪的影响等,指出水文非一致性变异对水库防洪影响需在进一步研究变异诊断方法和频率分析计算的基础上,重视对防洪影响的科学评价与应对措施。
分析瞭國內水文非一緻性變異及其對水庫防洪影響研究存在的問題,評述瞭水文非一緻性變異的檢驗方法和頻率計算中所涉及的還原或還現、直接頻率法及水文非一緻性變異對水庫防洪的影響等,指齣水文非一緻性變異對水庫防洪影響需在進一步研究變異診斷方法和頻率分析計算的基礎上,重視對防洪影響的科學評價與應對措施。

Problems in current research on hydrological serial variation under non-stationary conditions and their impacts on flood control of reservoirs were analyzed. The test methods for hydrological serial variation under non-stationary conditions, the backward restore/forward restore and direct frequency method involved in frequency calculation, and the impacts of hydrological serial variation under non-stationary conditions on flood control of reservoirs were evaluated. It is pointed out that scientific evaluation of the impacts and corresponding measures should be highlighted based on further research of detection methods and frequency analysis.
