目的：观察中西医结合治疗老年高血压病的临床疗效，方法：将108例患者随机分为两组，治疗组57例，对照组51例，对照组采用钙离子拮抗剂选用硝苯地平缓释片（伲福达），治疗组在对照组用药的基础上加服中药益气活血中药组方，结果：治疗组总有效率为96.49%，对照组总有效率为80.38%。治疗组临床症状、血压控制方面均优于对照组（P<0.05）结论：中药益气活血化瘀组方治疗老年高血压病比单用西药疗效显著。

목적：관찰중서의결합치료노년고혈압병적림상료효，방법：장108례환자수궤분위량조，치료조57례，대조조51례，대조조채용개리자길항제선용초분지평완석편（니복체），치료조재대조조용약적기출상가복중약익기활혈중약조방，결과：치료조총유효솔위96.49%，대조조총유효솔위80.38%。치료조림상증상、혈압공제방면균우우대조조（P<0.05）결론：중약익기활혈화어조방치료노년고혈압병비단용서약료효현저。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of elderly hypertensive disease by the combination of treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Methods:108 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 57 cases in treatment group, 51 cases in the control group, the control group were treated by calcium antagonist nifedipine sustained release tablets, the treatment group were treated by Yiqihuoxue component of traditional Chinese medicine, in the base of control group drugs. Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.49%, the total effective rate of control group was 80.38%. The clinical symptoms, blood pressure control of treatment group was bet er than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine Yiqihuoxuehuayu component in treating elderly hypertension is more effective than single western medicine.
