针对模拟逼真长发存在顶点规模大,动态计算消耗大的问题,根据长发局部发丝相似特性,提出一种基于镶嵌的视点相关实时逼真长发三维模型,运用初始166股导向发丝粗略描绘发型,以GPU插值生成比初始发丝数大得多的18,000股插值发丝,开销大的计算仅用于导向发丝,几何复杂度大幅度降低使消耗迅速下降。GPU插值运用镶嵌技术,混合应用单股及多股发丝插值方法,解决大量插值发丝生成问题及避免插值发丝穿透障碍问题。同时,以视点相关LOD技术影响插值发丝密度、宽度及刷新频率,以几何着色器与流输出使发丝粒子约束系统尽可能并行运行,进一步提高场景性能。

Realistic dynamic simulation of hair existed large scale vertexes and calculation consume. The paper, on the basis of local hair similar, using 166 guide strands of initial roughly described the whole hairstyle, interpolation generated 18,000 controlled strands by GPU, much larger than initial number. Therefore, extremely expensive computing consump-tion only applied to strands of initial, geometric complexity reduced rapidly. Combination Interpolation with single and several strands generated hair by tessellation, solved to generate controlled strands and avoid penetrating obstacles. Meanwhile, the view-dependent LOD technology affected the density and width of hair interpolation and frame rate, par-ticles constraints systems of hair ran in parallel as much as possible with geometry shader and stream output, further im-proved scene performance.
