目的：分析两性霉素B对医院口腔感染假丝酵母菌的失效性。方法：给予830例口腔感染患者两性霉素B治疗，初始3d的剂量是1、3、5 mg，加入5%葡萄糖溶液40 mg，保持速度是4 mL/h，从第4天开始每日增加4 mg，直至20 mg，后续保持该剂量；持续1~3个月的疗程，总用药量是1~1.5 g，并采用假丝酵母菌R因子检测方法分析两性霉素B对感染口腔假丝酵母菌的失效性。结果：从60株多重抗药性假丝酵母菌中分离出39株R因子，阳性率为65.5%，40株假丝酵母菌R因子的抗药性基因结构中3种以上抗药性基因者占有90%；结论：假丝酵母菌对两性霉素B的抗药性与传递R因子具有较强的关联性，利用R因子对两性霉素B对感染口腔假丝酵母菌失效性的分析具有安全和高效性的特征。
목적：분석량성매소B대의원구강감염가사효모균적실효성。방법：급여830례구강감염환자량성매소B치료，초시3d적제량시1、3、5 mg，가입5%포도당용액40 mg，보지속도시4 mL/h，종제4천개시매일증가4 mg，직지20 mg，후속보지해제량；지속1~3개월적료정，총용약량시1~1.5 g，병채용가사효모균R인자검측방법분석량성매소B대감염구강가사효모균적실효성。결과：종60주다중항약성가사효모균중분리출39주R인자，양성솔위65.5%，40주가사효모균R인자적항약성기인결구중3충이상항약성기인자점유90%；결론：가사효모균대량성매소B적항약성여전체R인자구유교강적관련성，이용R인자대량성매소B대감염구강가사효모균실효성적분석구유안전화고효성적특정。
Objective:to analyze amphotericin B for hospital oral cavity infection of candida of failure. Conclusion:the resistance of amphotericin B with the transfer of R factor has strong correlation, by using R factor of amphotericin analysis of the failure of oral candida infection sex has the characteristics of safety and efficiency.
