目的：分析比较氯胺酮与七氟醚复合骶管阻滞在小儿下腹手术麻醉中的效果。方法56例小儿患者随机均分为两组：氯胺酮复合骶管阻滞组、七氟醚复合骶管阻滞组，每组28例。观察比较两组患儿术前、术中及术后的生命体征及麻醉效果，记录诱导和清醒时间。结果术中心率(HR)及血压(BP)A组大于B组，两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。清醒时间以及术后不良反应B组小于A组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论七氟醚复合骶管阻滞在小儿下腹手术麻醉中诱导及清醒时间较为迅速，且患儿生命体征更为稳定，不良反应少。
목적：분석비교록알동여칠불미복합저관조체재소인하복수술마취중적효과。방법56례소인환자수궤균분위량조：록알동복합저관조체조、칠불미복합저관조체조，매조28례。관찰비교량조환인술전、술중급술후적생명체정급마취효과，기록유도화청성시간。결과술중심솔(HR)급혈압(BP)A조대우B조，량조차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)。청성시간이급술후불량반응B조소우A조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)。결론칠불미복합저관조체재소인하복수술마취중유도급청성시간교위신속，차환인생명체정경위은정，불량반응소。
Objective To compare and analyse the anesthetic efficacy of sevoflurane inhalation and ketamine as a basic for the abdominal surgury in children. Methods 56 cases children patients were seperated into 2 groups randomly:ketamine combined sacral canal blocking group (group A) and sevoflurane composite sacral canal blocking group(group B),and each group had 28 cases. Observe and compare the vital signs and the effect of anesthesia of Preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative between the two groups. And record the induction and waking hours. Results HR in group A was faster than in group B were significantly different (P<0.05). Awake time, and adverse reactions, group B of less than group A, there were significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion Sevoflurane inhalation depends on the basis of after caudal anesthesia method, used in little children in abdominal surgury in Children,anesthesia induction fast, clear quality, with more stable vital signs and less adverse reactions .
